Hometown: Metro Detroit, MI

Undergraduate: Michigan State University

Medical School: University of Pikeville - Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine

Hobbies/Interests: I love spending time with my family any chance I get. I’m a huge NFL and NBA fan, enjoying watching and playing both sports.

Why Med-Peds: It’s the best of both worlds. I think each specialty has its pros, and being in both helps you become a very well-rounded physician with both knowledge and bedside manner/communication.

Why DMC/Detroit: It’s a leading academic center in the heart of Detroit. You see a great range of pathology and are trained very well.

Career Goals: Still deciding, but like the idea of having a balance between inpatient and outpatient medicine, with both adult and pediatrics.
