Hometown: Jersey City, NJ

Undergraduate: Rutgers University; BA Chemistry, Pyschology Minor, Honors

Medical School: Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine

Hobbies/Interests: Love to travel and try different restaurants and cook! (Huge foodie). Sports, both playing and watching. Incredibly competitive about fantasy football. Quality time with friends and family. Avid Chess player and love board games.

Why Med-Peds: Because I can’t do just one. By nature, I want to know more and refuse to give up seeing half the patient population. I love my kiddos and like to mix in some adults every now and then.

Why DMC/Detroit: It’s a big metropolitan area with lots of pathology. Multiple Level 1 Adult and Level 1 Peds hospitals to ensure great medical training. And the area supports great life outside of medicine. All sports teams and tons of restaurants and activities and not originally from the area but my Med-Peds family helped me feel right at home.

Career Goals: Possibly Academic Med-Peds Hospitalist or Consult Service. Interested in primary care/transition of care for children with complex medical conditions.
